Refund policy

All advance orders are final sale once the order has started being prepared and made. 

Advance orders may be canceled before preparation has been started, however this will result in a 5% restocking fee for each item ordered. 

Damaged Items/Issues

In the event of an item being faulty, a full or partial refund may be issued:

To be eligible for a refund for faulty orders, we must be notified of the issue within 48 hours of the order pickup time, and your order must be returned to the store along with proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Advance orders that have already been started on and all items chosen from our Daily Availables section are final sale and cannot be refunded. 

Giftcards are also final sale and cannot be refunded. 

We do not accept refunds for orders that become damaged once they have left our store. 


Exchanges

Changes can be requested for ongoing orders but may still be subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Final sale items, Custom items, and Items that have already left the store cannot be exchanged. 


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
